Analytics (Google Analytics 4) — If you accept cookies, we collect anonymized data about how visitors use the site: pages viewed, time on page, device type, and approximate location (country/region). We use this to understand which content is useful and improve the site. No analytics cookies are set without your consent.

GTM Assessment submissions — When you complete the GTM Maturity Assessment and optionally provide your email address, we collect: your email, your self-reported role, your assessment answers, and your score. We use this to send you your results by email, log the contact in our CRM (HubSpot), and notify our team via Slack. Providing your email is optional — you can view your results without submitting it.

Contact inquiries — If you book a call via Calendly or email us directly, Calendly and Google handle that data under their own privacy policies.

We use a single category of cookies: analytics cookies set by Google Analytics 4 via Google Tag Manager. These cookies are only set after you click Accept on the cookie banner. If you click Decline, no analytics cookies are placed and Google Analytics does not collect data about your visit.

Your consent choice is stored in your browser's local storage and remembered for future visits. You can change your preference at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site.

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the services we use to operate:

• Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager — for site analytics (consent-gated)
• HubSpot — for CRM contact records when you submit your email via the assessment
• Slack — for internal team notifications when an assessment is submitted
• Gmail (via SMTP) — for sending your assessment results to the email you provided

Each of these services processes data under their own privacy policies and applicable data processing agreements.

Assessment contact records in HubSpot are retained as long as we use HubSpot for CRM purposes. You can request deletion at any time by emailing chris@demandlabagency.com.

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights including: access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of your data, and withdrawal of consent for analytics cookies.

This site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

If we make material changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
